Shot on your phone.
Finished by our studio.

The owner won’t pay for a photographer on a rental, so you shoot it on your phone between the routine and the next inspection. Send us those photos and they come back bright, straight and properly exposed.

The honest answer

Your phone photo is
enough to work with.

Every photo on this page is from a real listing, shot on a phone and finished by SABO — no stock, no staging. What changed is the light and the colour.

On a tenanted property

Light and colour.
Then it’s your call.

A rental ad has to show the property as it actually is. So every photo comes back with exposure, white balance, contrast and straightening — and nothing else changes unless you choose it.

What every photo gets

Exposure, contrast, white balance and colour. Dark rooms brightened, blown-out windows brought back, verticals straightened, and the yellow cast pulled out of the downlights. That is the whole of the 1-credit edit.

What never happens on its own

Nothing in the property is added, moved or removed unless you ask for it. The extras further down do change what's in a photo — and every one of them is a separate choice you make on a specific photo, after your finished shots are already back.

Why that matters on a rental

You're the one advertising the property, and an applicant should recognise the place when they walk into the inspection. Correcting the light isn't the same as changing what's there — so on a tenanted place we'd stop at the first.

The extras below do change what’s in a photo, and none of them touch the photos you download unless you buy one yourself, on a specific photo, after you’ve already seen your finished set. You’re the one advertising the property, so you decide what suits a listing — on a tenanted one, our recommendation is the edit above and nothing more.

How it works

Shoot at the routine.
List it after lunch.

  1. Shoot it while you're there

You're already at the property for the routine, the vacate or the key handover. Shoot each room on your phone — the app takes a quick HDR bracket so nothing comes out too dark or blown out.

  2. Send it to the studio

One tap submits the set. The same advanced AI editing we run on our own studio shoots does the work, and our team quality-checks every photo before it goes back to you.

  3. Load the listing

You get a notification the moment they're ready, then download listing-ready photos on your phone or your computer. Usually back in about an hour — hours, not days.

Pricing

$30 for 10 photos.
No subscription.

1 credit = 1 finished photo. $30 for 10 photos ($3.00 each) — about what one rental listing needs, and the credits don’t expire, so a quiet week costs nothing. You shoot it, we do the studio work; that’s why it’s priced per photo instead of per booking.

Optional, per photo

When light and colour
isn’t enough.

Some shots need more than a good exposure — a bin left out on bin night, a lounge full of the tenant’s things, a facade you only ever get to photograph at midday. These are the edits for that. Each one is bought on a single photo, after your finished set is back, and each costs extra credits on top of the 1 that photo already used.

Digital Tidy-Up

2 credits per photo · Furniture stays

Turn a daytime exterior into a premium twilight look.

3 credits per photo · Exteriors

Object removal

1 credit per photo · Exteriors

Grass replacement

1 credit per photo · Lawns

Print-Ready HD

Upscale to crisp, large-format print resolution.

1 credit per photo · Every 5th free

These change what a photo shows, so they suit some listings and not others — a vacant property being re-let is not the same as a tenanted one, and an applicant should still recognise the place at the inspection. Use your own agency’s policy as the test. If you’re unsure, the standard edit is always enough, and it’s what we’d use.

Why it fits a rent roll

Built for the listing
nobody budgeted for.

No photographer to book

No budget to get approved, no diary to match, no second trip out to the property. You shoot it in the ten minutes you're already standing in it.

Back in hours, not days

Submit from the property and your finished photos are usually back in about an hour. You'll get a notification and an email the moment they're ready.

True-to-life HDR

Several exposures merged into one bright, true-to-life photo — the window, the wall and the far corner of the room all properly exposed at once, instead of one of the three.

Pay per photo, not per booking

1 credit = 1 finished photo. Buy a pack and use it whenever you like. No subscription, no lock-in, no monthly minimum to justify to your principal.

Built for a rent roll

One listing this week, four the next, none the week after. Credits carry over and never expire, so a quiet fortnight costs you nothing.

Yours to use anywhere

Download them and the finished files are 100% yours — every portal, the window card, the owner's report, no watermarks.

For the office

One account for
the whole rent roll.

Rent rolls don’t buy per person. Set the office up as an agency and every property manager works from one pool of credits.

One pool for the whole rent roll

Create an agency in the app and invite the team. The office buys credits once and every property manager spends from the same shared pool — no per-seat fee and no separate accounts to reconcile.

A tax invoice your bookkeeper can file

Every purchase emails a tax invoice showing SABO MEDIA PTY LTD, our ABN and the GST. At checkout you can enter your own agency's legal name and ABN so the invoice identifies the buyer too.

Work out your own number

The Studio pack is $400 for 200 photos ($2.00 each) — about $20 of its credits per ten-photo listing. Multiply by the listings your office takes on in a week and you’ve got the figure to put in front of your principal. No subscription and no lock-in — credits carry over, so you only spend what you shoot.

Good to know.

My photos are just phone snaps — are they good enough to edit?

Usually, yes. A phone sensor captures far more than the screen shows you; what makes an unedited rental photo look flat is almost always exposure — a bright window with a dark room around it, or a whole room lit yellow by the downlights. That is the part editing fixes. Shoot with the app's HDR bracket, hold the phone level, turn the lights on, and you're giving our editors more to work with than you'd think. And you don't have to take our word for it: confirm your email and your first five photos are edited free, on a real rental of yours.

Is it okay to edit photos of a tenanted rental?

That depends on what the editing does, so here's the split. Every photo you send gets light and colour: exposure, white balance, contrast and straightening. In that edit nothing in the property is added, moved or removed and nothing that could be a defect is covered up, so the photos still show the property as it is. The extras are a separate step: they do change what's in a photo, you pick them yourself on a specific photo after your finished shots are back, and none of them run automatically. You're the one advertising the property, so if you're unsure what your agency allows on a rental, check your own policy first — on a tenanted place our own recommendation is light and colour and nothing more.

How fast do I get them back?

Most jobs come back in about an hour — usually the same day you shoot. You'll get a notification and an email the moment your photos are ready, so you can shoot at the 9am routine and have the listing loaded before lunch.

Do I need an iPhone?

No — SABO runs in any browser, so you can work on a computer too, and upload photos you already have from any camera. The one-tap HDR camera is the only iPhone-only extra, free on the App Store.

Can the whole office use one account?

Yes. Set the office up as an agency in the app and invite your property managers. You buy credits once and everyone spends from the same shared pool, so there's one purchase to approve and one invoice to file.

What is a credit?

1 credit = 1 finished photo. Buy a pack and use it whenever you like — no subscription, pay only for what you use.

If a photo isn't right, what happens?

Open the delivered job, tap Request changes and leave a note on the photo — “the sky’s too purple, go warmer” is enough. It goes to the editor who worked on your job and comes back redone, free, with no limit on how many times you ask. If we can’t deliver a job at all, the credits go back on your balance.

Why is it cheaper than booking a photographer?

Because you do the expensive part. Most of what a shoot costs is travel, time on site and scheduling — the editing is a smaller slice of it. You're already standing in the property, so you shoot it and you pay for the studio work only: HDR processing and a human check. It's the same editing we run on our own studio shoots, priced per photo instead of per booking.

They’re my client’s photos — who else can see them?

Nobody outside SABO, unless you share them. Your uploads and finished photos sit in private storage in Sydney, reachable only through short-lived signed links — there’s no public gallery and nothing is browsable. A gallery becomes visible to someone else only when you create a share link, and you can revoke it. Inside SABO, our editors work on your photos and quality-check every job before it goes back to you. For the editing itself, photos also go to the AI processing providers named in our Privacy Policy — some operate overseas. Nobody else sees them, and we don’t sell data.

How long do my photos stay in the app?

Delivered photos stay in your job for 30 days, and we email you a reminder before anything is removed. Download the zip or save them to your camera roll and they’re yours to keep — full resolution, no watermark. Credits never expire; it’s only the hosted copy that has the 30-day window.

Can I use the photos anywhere?

Yes. Your finished photos are yours to use across every listing, portal and channel.
